WHAT IS DECARBONIZATION?
Engine decarbonization is a chemical process that removes carbon deposits from the engine and exhaust. The deposits, consisting of unburned hydrocarbons, will eventually foul the engine and its components, such as the EGR valve, the particulate filter and the turbocharger.
